relating to education; allowing American Indian regalia or objects of cultural
significance at graduation ceremonies; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 124D.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.
