relating to state government; requiring agencies to
post fiscal information on their Web sites; proposing
coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 15.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin Each state department and board as defined in sections
15.01 and 15.012 must post on its Web site the following
information with respect to the department or board:

new text begin (1) by August 1 of each year, expenditures for the previous
fiscal year;

new text begin (2) salary and expenses for each unclassified employee; and

new text begin (3) fiscal notes prepared pursuant to section 3.98.
