  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; requiring construction of a 
  1.3             noise barrier on legislative route No. 115 in Inver 
  1.4             Grove Heights. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [NOISE ABATEMENT BARRIER.] 
  1.7      The commissioner of transportation, in accordance with the 
  1.8   plan required under Minnesota Statutes, section 161.125, shall 
  1.9   at the earliest feasible time construct a noise abatement 
  1.10  barrier in the city of Inver Grove Heights on the westernmost 
  1.11  side of legislative route No. 115, from its intersection with 
  1.12  60th Avenue to its intersection with 65th Avenue. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
