BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$7,000,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $7,000,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of public safety for youth intervention programs under
Minnesota Statutes, section 299A.73.
