A bill for an act
 relating to occupational safety and health; providing
coverage for students within the Minnesota State
Colleges and Universities System; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2004, section 182.652, by adding a
subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 182.652, is
amended by adding a subdivision to read:

treat students as employees for purposes of complying with the
provisions of the Employee Right to Know Act of 1983.
