  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to the city of Minneota; ratifying actions 
  1.3             relating to a tax increment financing district. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CITY OF MINNEOTA; TAX INCREMENT FINANCING.] 
  1.6      Subdivision 1.  [ACTIONS RATIFIED.] The expenditure of tax 
  1.7   increments on administrative expenses and public utility or 
  1.8   other improvements by the city of Minneota for its tax increment 
  1.9   financing district, adopted by city resolution 4-15-85A, are 
  1.10  ratified and deemed to be authorized by the tax increment 
  1.11  financing plan for the district. 
  1.12     Subd. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective upon 
  1.13  compliance by the governing body of the city of Minneota with 
  1.14  Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivision 3.
