  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [124.325] [MINNESOTA HOMEWORK HELPLINE 
  1.8   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.9      An amount not to exceed $235,000 in fiscal year 1998 and 
  1.10  each fiscal year thereafter is appropriated from the general 
  1.11  fund to the commissioner of children, families, and learning for 
  1.12  the Minnesota homework helpline.
