  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             the pilot marketing program of the West Central Growth 
  1.4             Alliance. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $1,727,308 is appropriated to the department of trade and 
  1.8   economic development from the general fund for a grant to the 
  1.9   Mid-Minnesota Development Commission to expand the pilot 
  1.10  marketing program of the West Central Growth Alliance.  This 
  1.11  appropriation is available for the biennium ending June 30, 2005.
