  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to transportation; repealing obsolete or 
  1.3             duplicative laws providing for payment of costs for 
  1.4             transportation building, placement of slow-moving 
  1.5             vehicle emblems on motorized golf carts, requiring 
  1.6             driver's license revocation for criminal negligence, 
  1.7             authorizing municipal vehicle inspection stations, and 
  1.8             regulating addition of routes to certain federal-aid 
  1.9             highway systems; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2000, 
  1.10            sections 167.45; 169.045, subdivision 4; 169.11; 
  1.11            169.78; and 169.835.  
  1.12  BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.13     Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.14     Minnesota Statutes 2000, sections 167.45; 169.045, 
  1.15  subdivision 4; 169.11; 169.78; and 169.835, are repealed.
