  1.3             to dispense certain drugs; proposing coding for new 
  1.4             law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 151. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [151.0605] [REFUSAL OF PHARMACIST TO DISPENSE 
  1.7   CERTAIN DRUGS.] 
  1.8      The board must not discipline a pharmacist for refusing to 
  1.9   dispense, or refusing to assist a patient in obtaining, a 
  1.10  prescription whose use the pharmacist opposes for moral or 
  1.11  religious reasons.
