  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.8      Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 268.085, subdivision 8, is 
  1.9   repealed. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
