  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for a 
  1.3             grant to the city of Wabasha to be used for the 
  1.4             American Bald Eagle Center. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [AMERICAN BALD EAGLE CENTER.] 
  1.7      $2,000,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of natural 
  1.8   resources from the general fund for a grant to the city of 
  1.9   Wabasha to be used for development of the American Bald Eagle 
  1.10  Center.  This appropriation is available for the biennium ending 
  1.11  June 30, 1999.
