  1.7      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.8      Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 116J.874, subdivision 6, 
  1.9   is repealed. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
