BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MONTEVIDEO; SCHOOL START DATE BEFORE LABOR DAY.

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 120A.40, for the 2015-2016 school
year only, Independent School District No. 129, Montevideo, may start the school year
on the Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday before Labor Day.
