relating to health; exempting municipal laboratories from certification; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144.98, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144.98, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

Municipal environmental laboratories that test samples for
their own permit compliance or for other municipalities for compliance with their permits
are exempt from the requirements in this section.
