  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; continuing the 
  1.3             authorization for residents under the age of 16 to 
  1.4             take deer of either sex; amending Minnesota Statutes 
  1.5             1994, section 97B.301, subdivision 6. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 97B.301, 
  1.8   subdivision 6, is amended to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 6.  [RESIDENTS UNDER AGE 16 MAY TAKE DEER OF EITHER 
  1.10  SEX.] (a) A resident under the age of 16 may take a deer of 
  1.11  either sex.  This subdivision does not authorize the taking of 
  1.12  an antlerless deer by another member of a party under 
  1.13  subdivision 3. 
  1.14     (b) This subdivision is repealed effective December 31, 
  1.15  1995.
