  1.3             pay-per-call services; repealing Minnesota Statutes 
  1.4             1994, section 297A.136.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.7      Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 297A.136, is repealed. 
  1.8      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.9      Section 1 is effective for sales of 900 information 
  1.10  services made after June 30, 1995.
