A bill for an act
relating to human services; requesting the commissioner of human services
to resubmit for federal approval the elimination of depreciation add-back for
self-employed farmers in MinnesotaCare.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner of human services shall resubmit for federal approval the
legislation passed under Laws 2007, chapter 147, article 5, section 19, eliminating the
add-back of depreciation for self-employed farmers in determining income eligibility
for MinnesotaCare.
