relating to transportation; appropriating money for U.S. Highway 10 expansion.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$16,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2020 from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation to construct a third travel lane in each direction of marked U.S. Highway
10 from the interchange with Hanson Boulevard to the interchange with Round Lake
Boulevard in the city of Coon Rapids.
