  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Woodbury 
  1.3             to issue additional on-sale licenses. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CITY OF WOODBURY; ON-SALE LICENSES.] 
  1.6      The city of Woodbury may issue 12 on-sale intoxicating 
  1.7   liquor licenses in addition to the number authorized by law.  
  1.8   All provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, not 
  1.9   inconsistent with this section, apply to the licenses authorized 
  1.10  by this section. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
