relating to transportation; appropriating money for reconstruction of interchange
of County Road 42 at marked Trunk Highway 52 in Dakota County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin COUNTY ROAD 42 AND MARKED TRUNK HIGHWAY 52
INTERCHANGE; APPROPRIATION.

$2,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation
for the city of Rosemount local share of the project that reconstructs the interchange of
County Road 42 at marked Trunk Highway 52 in Dakota County.
