relating to vocational rehabilitation; appropriating money for centers for
independent living.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CENTERS FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING.

$9,000,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $9,000,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for grants
to centers for independent living under Minnesota Statutes, section 268A.11. Of these
amounts, at least $1,000,000 in each year must be used for providing services to veterans.
