  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to agriculture; appropriating money for the 
  1.3             passing on the farm center. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATIONS.] 
  1.6      $75,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of agriculture for the passing on the farm center 
  1.8   under Minnesota Statutes, section 17.985, to be available until 
  1.9   June 30, 2001.  This appropriation is available only to the 
  1.10  extent it is matched with nonstate money including in-kind 
  1.11  contributions at the rate of one nonstate dollar for every four 
  1.12  state dollars.
