 relating to transportation; capital investment; appropriating money for
reconstruction of Robert Street in West St. Paul.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $12,000,000 is appropriated from the general account
in the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of
West St. Paul to complete the reconstruction of South Robert Street, marked as Trunk
Highway 952. This appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned
subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
