 relating to education; repealing the January 15 deadline by which school districts
must reach a collective bargaining agreement or face a state aid penalty;
repealing Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 123B.05.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
