relating to traffic regulations; raising speed limit for Interstate 35E in St. Paul.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin SPEED LIMIT ON INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 35E.

The commissioner of transportation shall raise the speed limit along marked
Interstate Highway 35E to 55 miles per hour in the city of St. Paul, from its intersection
with marked Trunk Highway 5 to its intersection with marked Interstate Highway 94.
