A bill for an act
 relating to highways; designating Arianna Celeste MacNamara Memorial Bridge;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.14, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

new text begin The pedestrian
bridge over marked Trunk Highway 14 near County Road 22 in the city of Rochester
is designated as "Arianna Celeste MacNamara Memorial Bridge." Subject to section
161.139, the commissioner shall adopt a suitable marking design to memorialize the
bridge and shall erect the appropriate signs along the pedestrian trail on the approaches
to the pedestrian bridge.
