  1.2             relating to crimes; repealing law which prohibits 
  1.3             holding itinerant carnivals; repealing Minnesota 
  1.4             Statutes 2000, section 624.65. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.7      Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 624.65, is repealed. 
  1.8      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.9      Section 1 applies to crimes committed on or after that date.
