relating to courts; appropriating money for special prosecutor fees.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$163,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2016 from the general fund to the state court
administrator to reimburse Cook County for the prosecution fees and any associated
expenses of a special prosecutor appointed by the attorney general. This is a onetime
appropriation.
