A bill for an act
relating to economic development; modifying the Minnesota Trade Office;
appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MINNESOTA TRADE OFFICE; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for
the Minnesota Trade Office. The trade office must enhance its activities to identify and
increase export opportunities for Minnesota products and services, including agricultural
products.
