BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin TRANSFER; AGRICULTURAL EMERGENCY ACCOUNT.

$1,500,000 in fiscal year 2026 is transferred from the general fund to the agricultural
emergency account in the agricultural fund under Minnesota Statutes, section 17.041. This
is a onetime transfer.
