A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for maintenance of the former
Regional Treatment Center campus in the city of Fergus Falls.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FERGUS FALLS REGIONAL TREATMENT
CENTER.

of administration for a grant to the city of Fergus Falls for costs related to maintenance and
upkeep of the grounds of the former Regional Treatment Center campus.
