A bill for an act
 relating to public safety; appropriating money to the Office of the Attorney General
to provide enhanced criminal enforcement.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ATTORNEY GENERAL; CRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT
APPROPRIATIONS.

new text begin (a) $269,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the attorney
general for enhanced criminal enforcement and related initiatives. This is a onetime
appropriation.

from the general fund to the attorney general for enhanced criminal enforcement and related
