A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for water main and sanitary
sewer improvements in the city of Arden Hills.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; ARDEN HILLS WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS.

new text begin $510,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the Public Facilities
Authority for a grant to the city of Arden Hills to construct water main and sanitary sewer
replacement and improvements at the intersection of County Road E and Old Highway 10
(also known as Snelling Avenue North or County State-Aid Highway 76). This appropriation
is onetime and is available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota
Statutes, section 16A.642.
