A bill for an act
relating to health; modifying nursing facility moratorium exceptions; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144A.073, by adding a subdivision; repealing
Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144A.073, subdivision 9.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144A.073, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

new text begin Beginning fiscal year 2013 and each
fiscal year thereafter, the commissioner of health may approve moratorium exception
projects under this section for which the full annualized state share of medical assistance
costs does not exceed $1,500,000.
