A bill for an act
 relating to education; repealing as of January 15, 2010, the January 15 deadline
by which school districts must reach a collective bargaining agreement or face a
state aid penalty; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 123B.05.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
