  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             ring dikes. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [RING DIKES APPROPRIATIONS.] 
  1.6      $1,515,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of natural resources for grants for the 
  1.8   construction of ring dikes under Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.9   103F.161.  The ring dikes may be publicly or privately owned. 
  1.10     This appropriation is available until spent.
