  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to public safety; appropriating money for 
  1.3             bomb disposal expense reimbursement. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATIONS.] 
  1.6      $60,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal 
  1.7   year 2000 and $60,000 is appropriated from the general fund in 
  1.8   fiscal year 2001 to the commissioner of public safety to provide 
  1.9   the reimbursements authorized by Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.10  299C.063, subdivision 2.
