  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.7      Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 86B.415, subdivision 7a, 
  1.8   is repealed. 
  1.9      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.10     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
