  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to parks and recreation; adding area to Split 
  1.3             Rock Creek state park. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [85.012] [Subd. 53b.] [SPLIT ROCK CREEK STATE 
  1.6   PARK, PIPESTONE COUNTY.] 
  1.7      The following area is added to Split Rock Creek state 
  1.8   park:  That part of Section 16 lying Southeasterly of Minnesota 
  1.9   Trunk Highway No. 23, excepting those parts platted as Sabies 
  1.10  Addition and Second Sabies Addition, and that part of Section 21 
  1.11  lying Southeasterly of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 23; all in 
  1.12  Township 105 North, Range 46 West, Pipestone County, Minnesota. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
