  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.7      Laws 1995, chapter 220, section 136, is repealed. 
  1.8      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.9      This act is effective May 1, 1996.
