  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; authorizing independent school 
  1.3             district No. 129, Montevideo, to levy for the 
  1.4             unreimbursed costs of an adult farm management program.
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [SPECIAL LEVY; MONTEVIDEO.] 
  1.7      In addition to other levies, independent school district 
  1.8   No. 129, Montevideo, may levy over five years for an amount 
  1.9   representing the unreimbursed cost of an adult farm management 
  1.10  program.  The total amount levied may not exceed $87,412.
