  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to state parks; adding territory to Split 
  1.3             Rock Creek state park. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [85.012] [Subd. 53b.] [SPLIT ROCK CREEK STATE 
  1.6   PARK, PIPESTONE COUNTY.] The following area is added to Split 
  1.7   Rock Creek state park:  That part of Section 16 lying 
  1.8   Southeasterly of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 23, excepting those 
  1.9   parts platted as Sabies Addition and Second Sabies Addition, and 
  1.10  that part of Section 21 lying Southeasterly of Minnesota Trunk 
  1.11  Highway No. 23; all in township 105N, Range 46W, Pipestone 
  1.12  county.
