  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to employment; appropriating money for the 
  1.3             displaced homemaker program. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $4,018,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of economic security for the biennium ending June 
  1.8   30, 1997, for the purposes of the displaced homemaker program 
  1.9   under Minnesota Statutes, section 268.96.
