The following National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants are adopted and incorporated by reference:

A.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 61, subpart H, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Emissions of Radionuclides Other than Radon from Department of Energy Facilities."

B.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 61, subpart I, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Radionuclide Emissions From Facilities Licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Federal Facilities Not Covered by Subpart H."

C.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 61, subpart K, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Radionuclide Emissions from Elemental Phosphorus Plants."
