ARTICLE 4 - REPEALERS

Repealing
the community-based energy development tariff, curtailment payments, renewable
energy objectives compliance, energy conservation policy goal, decoupling of
energy sales from revenues, the state government energy-savings plan, energy
policy goals, greenhouse gas emissions control, failure to adopt greenhouse gas
control plan, greenhouse gas emissions consideration in resource
planning
