vehicles for hunting and specifying certain snowmobile restrictions; modifying
provisions for wildlife management areas; modifying license provisions and fees;
modifying trespass provisions; modifying provisions for taking wild animals;
authorizing a licensed person 60 years or older to crossbow hunt; authorizing
nonlethal hazing of Canada geese; specifying certain invasive species training
requirements for minnow and leeches dealers and modifying commercial fishing
provisions; authorizing the gambling control board to conduct raffles in
conjunction with a wild game or fish taking event; modifying prior
appropriations; providing for veteran, disability and multiple designations on a
drivers license and Minnesota identification card by the department of public
safety at the request of an applicant with a permanent eligibility; authorizing
refunds for certain lifetime licenses; requiring rulemaking for gray partridge
bag limits, muskellunge minimum size limit and snowmobile operation during
firearms deer season; modifying all-terrain vehicle (ATV) definitions;
authorizing the issuance of an unrestricted general aquatic plant management
permit to the Minneapolis park and recreation board for mechanical removal or
chemical control of all hybrid and narrow-leaved cattails in Loring park lake;
requiring the commissioner to develop a feasibility study for the restoration of
the wild population of quail; authorizing the commissioner to issue a permit to
a nonstate entity to construct a fishing pier on Long Lake in Stearns county;
providing criminal penalties; updating and eliminating certain obsolete
language
