Le Sueur counties for two or more of independent school districts #108, 110,
111, 112, 716, 717, 719, 720, 721, and 2905 whether or not contiguous; requiring
the agreement to provide for a joint school board and bylaws; specifying board
status and powers; requiring approval by resolution adopted by each school
district; authorizing district funds contribution; allowing the board to provide
other educational programs or services requested by a participating district;
allowing membership of other governmental units
