                         CHAPTER 57-H.F.No. 553 
           An act relating to Olmsted county; exempting the 
          county from operation of a public morgue. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [OLMSTED COUNTY; OPERATION OF A PUBLIC MORGUE.] 
    Olmsted county shall be exempt from the requirement of 
Minnesota Statutes, section 390.06, regarding operation of a 
public morgue. 
    Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
    Section 1 is effective the day after the Olmsted county 
board complies with the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, 
section 645.021, subdivision 3.
