BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$647,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $586,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from the
general fund to the Minnesota Rare Disease Advisory Council for the purposes of Minnesota
Statutes, section 256.4835. The base for this appropriation is $596,000 in fiscal year 2026
and $606,000 in fiscal year 2027.
